The issued Gift Voucher entitles the holder to the value shown on the printed or emailed voucher towards the cost of any treatments from Serene Massage Therapy. Where a voucher shows a treatment description, the value of the voucher will be the purchase price LESS any fees for admin, postage and packing. Vouchers can NOT be exchanged for cash nor any refund or change be given if the voucher exceeds the treatment cost. The voucher will show an Issue Date and the voucher is valid for 90 days from the issue date. If the recipient does not want to or is unable to redeem the voucher before the voucher expiry, the purchaser is free to use the voucher for themselves or pass the voucher to an alternative recipient. However, voucher purchases are NON refundable.
