Following a 17 year career flying with Virgin Atlantic, I have been lucky enough to have experienced many high quality spa treatments around the world. With my feet now firmly on the ground, and having qualified as a Massage Therapist, I wanted to incorporate these experiences into my business to provide you with exceptional service

Whether you are looking for relief from stress, want to sleep a little better, need to alleviate some aches and pains or are simply looking to relax and escape for a little while, I can offer a professional, high quality and bespoke treatment package just for you
Treatments are available to both men and women and I offer options for mums to be, bridal packages, and not forgetting my signature one hour full body treatment

Hi, I'm Corinna, I founded the business after a 17 year career as Cabin Crew for Virgin Atlantic

I wanted to make Serene all about the same high standards, high quality, professional approach and personal touch that Sir Richard instilled into the culture of that business.
This approach became a normal way of doing things for me and is a key reason why our Clients keep coming back

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time are free of charge.
Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
Note that you can not cancel your appointment on line within 48 hours of the appointment time and must get in touch via email or telephone if a cancellation is required.
We operate a strict NO REFUNDS policy but will provide 'salon credit' for cancelled pre paid bookings subject to the timings above.
Gift and e-Vouchers have a strict 3 month expiry with NO REFUNDS if you have not redeemed your voucher within that time.
